Welcoming, Curious, Organized
My acute sense of smell - for better or worse! 🙂
Providing girls at this extremely important and influential age with an opportunity to safely embrace public speaking, idea development, creativity and overall confidence is a truly wonderful thing.
Ellen is a media producer, creative project manager, actress and theater educator, working with organizations here in Asheville and across the U.S. for over 15 years. She has guided creative teams at companies like TOMS Shoes and Pearson Publishing Company through photo and video production, digital & print design, and retail & event build-outs. She also enthusiastically shares her knowledge of performance technique, as well as overall public speaking confidence, with K-8 youth through artist-in-residence school programming and classes with organizations such as the Boston Children's Theatre and Grandstreet Theatre in Helena, MT. Locally, Ellen runs Homestead Creative Studio (www.homestead-avl.com) with her husband and business partner Eric Pieper, and serves as an Organizer for the Asheville chapters of both 1 Millions Cups and Make A Mark.
